In recent years, competitive gaming has become a universal language. Millions of people meet online every day to play, compete, and improve. Yet, behind this widespread adoption, there's still a void: the lack of structured, inclusive spaces truly geared toward personal growth. It's precisely from this awareness that eGameX was born , a young company with a clear and ambitious vision.
Founded in 2024 in Rome by Salvatore Failla and Salvatore Pace , eGameX was born from the combination of professional experiences in digital, technology, and esports. The founders share a common vision: gaming shouldn't be just entertainment or competition for its own sake, but can become a tool for socializing, developing skills, and personal growth.
Many gamers, especially young people, experience gaming in isolation or without any educational or structural support. There is a lack of clear rules, support programs, and safe environments where talent can emerge without being crushed by toxic dynamics. eGameX was created to address this very social need: to transform gaming into a healthier, more conscious, and shared experience.
Egamex a name that tells a vision
The name eGameX is no coincidence. It comes from the union of electronic , game , and experience , with that final "X" representing the extra factor: everything that goes beyond simple gaming. Training, coaching, structured competition, content, events, and connections between people.
The "X" is what makes gaming a complete experience. It's not just about winning or losing, but about learning to collaborate, respect the rules, face challenges, and grow together. In this vision, eGameX is not just a digital platform or a brand, but a true meeting point of passion, technology, and ambition.
Mission and vision: making esports a path to growth
eGameX's mission is to make the world of esports more accessible, meritocratic, and structured. The goal is to break down barriers to competitive esports and offer concrete tools for growth: organized tournaments, coaching, training, and an active and inclusive community.
At the heart of the project is not just performance, but the individual. Cultivating talent and commitment, fostering team spirit, and building healthy environments are key elements. Gaming thus becomes an opportunity to develop transversal, interpersonal, and digital skills that are also useful off-screen.
The vision is even more far-reaching: eGameX aims to become the first truly integrated Italian esports platform, capable of uniting competition, training, and community in a single digital and physical ecosystem. A bridge between amateur and structured gaming, capable of guiding new generations towards a more conscious and sustainable way of experiencing esports.
Values that translate into actions
Inclusion, respect, meritocracy, collaboration, responsibility, and positive use of digital technology aren't just buzzwords. They're values that guide every project and every decision. eGameX's activities—from online and offline tournaments to coaching programs—are designed to create accessible and participatory spaces where everyone can feel part of a community.
The initiatives are aimed primarily at young gamers, esports enthusiasts, content creators, and anyone who wants to approach competitive gaming in an educational and inclusive way. The idea is simple but powerful: if the context is healthy, the game changes too.
In Game Together: Gaming as a Tool for Social Inclusion
Among the most representative projects is In Game Together , a digital football tournament on EA Sports FC with a strong social impact. Created in collaboration with other organizations and under the patronage of LND eSport , the project was designed to break down barriers and promote inclusion through competitive gaming.
64 participants, an online phase, and a final: numbers that only partially convey the value of the experience. In Game Together engaged communities, sports associations, and young gamers, demonstrating how digital can create accessible, safe, and respectful gathering spaces.
Some local communities have shared the participation of players with disabilities, emphasizing the importance of engaging in a genuine, rather than merely symbolic, competitive environment. As eGameX explains, it's not "just a tournament": it's a sense of belonging, of recognition. It's the opportunity to feel part of something, on a par with everyone else.
Digital as an ally, not an obstacle
According to eGameX, digital has enormous social potential. It allows us to break down physical and geographical barriers, participate from home, and find communities and growth paths. But this potential must be harnessed.
This is why the platform works with clear rules, structured formats, and tools that foster positive behavior. The goal isn't to "retain users," but to improve individuals and communities. Designing inclusive digital experiences means choosing real accessibility, combating toxicity, and enhancing collaboration.
Looking forward, together
eGameX's next challenges include expanding its projects nationwide, engaging with new associations and institutions, and developing ongoing inclusive formats. Always with the same underlying idea: gaming can be much more than what we're used to seeing.
In a landscape often dominated by extreme competition, eGameX is trying to rewrite the rules, putting people first, rather than results. Because playing together, ultimately, is also a way to grow together.
Conclusion
Digital can be a more inclusive, healthy, and collaborative space.
If you also believe in gaming that unites, educates, and creates opportunities, join the eGameX community , participate in projects, or help build digital experiences that truly put people at the center.
In game, together.
