Rhythm Paradise Groove is the first Nintendo title accessible to blind players

Rhythm Heaven Groove is a rhythm videogame developed by Nintendo for the Switch console.

Nintendo's music title is made up of tons of rhythm minigames (a bit like WarioWare 's microgames, but all based on music). Each level lasts a few minutes and requires you to chop vegetables to the right beat, jump on the beat, open and close umbrellas to the beat, grab objects at the right time, or compete with other players to test your sense of rhythm.

The gameplay doesn't require a huge physical effort, just pressing one or two buttons at most, but rather a great deal of mental concentration in remembering the right rhythm while playing the minigames .

During a press conference with Nintendo shareholders, the company's first-party development supervisor, Shinya Takahashi, stated that the accessibility of Rhythm Heaven Groove had been a priority for the development team since the early stages of the game , the first title from the Kyoto giant to be fully accessible to the blind.

Its debut is imminent on July 2nd and you can already try a demo on the Nintendo eShop!
